That's a pretty good price to be able to look thru this book for reference. A couple of years ago these books were reprinted and all three volumes were bound in a single volume. I just checked Amazon to see if they still sell the book, Great Googly Moogly! It's out of print again and resellers are looking for between $217 - $517 for used copies and $891 - $1120 new copies of this book!!
